What is your return policy?

Because all QwirkyGear products are customized items created on-demand, we do not accept returns for products ordered through the website. However we do allow limited returns for product quality issues. Please send a message HERE.

When will my order be shipped?

We begin processing your order immediately. We aim to have the order shipped within 5 business days from the time of order. Weekends, holidays, and unusually high-order volume periods can sometimes cause delays in the shipping process. If there is an out of stock or back-ordered item, we will notify you ASAP with all details in case you need to make a change to your order.

Why do some items cost more than others?

The primary reason for different item costs results from apparel content, fabric weights, and apparel manufacturing process.

When is my credit card charged?

All products are custom produced, so QwirkyGear charges your credit card once the order is placed.

There is no limit on the size of any order. However, at this time we do not offer bulk discounts on larger orders.
