Find available designs to add to your store by making selections from the dropdown lists below and then clicking "Search".
To add a design to your store, simply click on the "Add to Store" button below the desired design. The design will immediately show up under Pending Designs. Once the creation of the design has been completed it will show up under Active Designs as well and in your store. Any designs that have been removed will show up under Inactive Designs.

Manage Your Store's Pending Designs
Don't worry, Your cool new designs are on the way!
24-48 hours is usually required for new designs to be visible in your store.
Once the creation of the design has been completed, an email will be sent to Store Managers, it will show up under Active Designs and, of course, it will be available in your store.
If you change your mind about a pending design, you can find it by making selections from the dropdown lists below and then clicking "Search". To halt the creation process simply click "Cancel" below the appropriate design.

Manage Your Store's Active Designs
You are in control! Have a reason to remove a design? Make it Inactive.
We do our best to give you the control over your store that you need. Whether you are limiting designs to focus on a specific fundraiser or you have another reason, this where you make those changes.
Find an active design in your store by making selections from the dropdown lists below and then clicking "Search".
Designs are easily removed by simply clicking the "InActivate" button under a design. Removed designs are shown under InActive Designs and can easily be added back from that page.

Instructions
Open Instagram
Tap the Instagram app icon, which resembles a multicolored camera front, to do so. This will open your Instagram home page if you're logged in.
- If you aren't logged in, enter your Instagram account's email address (or username, or phone number) and password before continuing.
Tap "+"
It's at the bottom-center of the screen. Doing so brings up the camera interface.
- If you don't see this option, tap the house-shaped Home tab in the bottom-left corner of the screen first.
Select an upload option
Tap one of the three options at the bottom of the screen:
- Library/Gallery - Opens a list of your saved photos and videos.
- Photo - Opens a camera for you to take a new photo.
- Video - Opens a camera for you to take a new video.
Take or select a photo or video
This will open the photo or video in Instagram's editing window.
- If you select a photo or video, tap Next in the top-right corner of the screen before continuing.
- When selecting a photo rather than taking one, you can select multiple photos by tapping the overlapping squares on the right side of the screen and then tapping up to nine more photos to post at once. This will create a slideshow of photos that people can scroll through.
Tap "Next"
It's in the top-right corner of the screen.
Add a caption
Tap the text field at the top of the screen, then type in the caption that you want to use.
- You can also tag Instagram friends in this photo or video by tapping Tag People, tapping the photo, and selecting friends.
- To add a location tag to the photo, tap Add Location, then select a location.
Tap "Share"
It's in the top-right corner of the screen. This will post your photo or video to your Instagram page. The photo or video will also show up in the home page feed of anyone who follows you.
- If your Instagram account is linked to other social media accounts (e.g., Twitter or Facebook), you can tap the switch to the right of an account to post the photo or video there as well.
- If you have big pictures to post that are too large to post normally, you can do it by resizing the pictures or creating a profile mosaic.

- 5% TIER: All you have to do to make 5% on every item purchased is create your store and simply fill in the field in the settings that tells us where to send your checks.
- 10% TIER: Graduate to earning 10% on every purchase by simply linking to your QwirkyGear Spiritwear Store from your website. Of course we make this easy by providing the code snippet.
- 15% TIER: Earn 15% on purchases from your store simply by posting to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram featuring someone wearing an item purchased from your store using the hashtags we provide.

Because all QwirkyGear products are customized items created on-demand, we do not accept returns for products ordered through the website. However we do allow limited returns for product quality issues. Please send a message HERE.
- When will my order be shipped?
We begin processing your order immediately. We aim to have the order shipped within 5 business days from the time of order. Weekends, holidays, and unusually high-order volume periods can sometimes cause delays in the shipping process. If there is an out of stock or back-ordered item, we will notify you ASAP with all details in case you need to make a change to your order.
- Why do some items cost more than others?
The primary reason for different item costs results from apparel content, fabric weights, and apparel manufacturing process.
- What forms of payment can I use?
QwirkyGear accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, ELO, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
- When is my credit card charged?
All products are custom produced, so QwirkyGear charges your credit card once the order is placed.
- Is it safe to use a credit card online in a QwirkyGear Store?
Absolutely, yes. QwirkyGear uses the latest secure server software (SSL) that encrypts all payment information. Additionally, payment information is never stored or archived, it is only used through a national payment processor.
- Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses in Indiana.
- Do you offer bulk orders?
There is no limit on the size of any order. However, at this time we do not offer bulk discounts on larger orders.
- How do we get paid from our online store sales?
When you register and create your online store you will include your payee contact information. The method for receiving commission payments from QwirkyGear is by check. You can track all your sales once you create your FREE QwirkyGear Spiritwear Store!
- Are there any minimum order requirements?
There are no minimum order requirements and no maximum order requirements! You can order one item or a thousand. The choice is yours!
- Do we have to carry inventory or sell any products ourselves?
No! Managing old inventory and dealing with old items is a thing of the past. We handle the blank merchandise inventory and create each order with your design on demand. All your online store sales are sent to us online and we process every order. We truly do all the work!
- How do we place an order?
Once you create your FREE QwirkyGear Spiritwear Store, you simply visit your store and select your items. Go to checkout and pay for your products and once we receive your order we will ship directly to the shipping address provided at the time of your order.
- How do we track our sales?
Once you create your FREE QwirkyGear Spiritwear Store you will be given administrative access to all your orders from your account dashboard. You will be able to track every order and your profit share.
